White Tea Silver Needle
Silver Needle — known in Chinese as Bai Hao Yinzhen — is the most prized and delicate of all white teas, made exclusively from the young, unopened buds of the tea plant. Each bud is covered in fine white hairs, which give the tea its name and contribute to its distinctive appearance.
