Rooibos Red Bush Tea
Rooibos — pronounced ROY-boss — is a South African herbal tea made from the leaves of the Aspalathus linearis plant, and it has a devoted global following for very good reasons. It's naturally caffeine-free and naturally sweet, with a warm, earthy flavour that has a hint of vanilla and a smooth, round finish. Unlike many herbal teas, rooibos has virtually no bitterness even when steeped for a long time, which makes it incredibly forgiving and easy to brew.
