Instructions

    Sift matcha into a clean jar or bottle.

    Add 2 tbsp of room-temperature water and stir vigorously with a spoon until a smooth paste forms with no dry clumps.

    Add the remaining cold water and stir well. Seal the jar.

    Refrigerate for 4–8 hours (overnight works perfectly).
