Instructions

  1. 1

Steep the white tea bags in 75°C water for 3 minutes. White tea is delicate — avoid boiling water. Remove bags and let cool.

  2. 2

Stir in the lychee syrup, rose water, and honey while the tea is still slightly warm. Taste and adjust.

  3. 3

Refrigerate until fully chilled, about 1 hour.

  4. 4

Fill glasses with ice. Pour the chilled tea over the ice.

  5. 5

Garnish each glass with 1–2 lychees on a cocktail pick and a pinch of dried rose petals. Serve immediately.

Pro tip

Start with just 1 tsp of rose water — it's potent and can easily overpower the lychee. Use the syrup from canned lychees rather than buying a separate lychee syrup. For a sparkling version, top with a splash of lychee sparkling water.
